Who is Wild at Heart Coaching for? 

Women who want to improve their health and wellbeing, are ready for change, and looking for support! Clients are commonly experiencing burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, weight gain, fatigue, or chronic physical symptoms like gut issues, migraines, or hormone imbalances.  The Wild at  Heart Method is also ideal for anyone looking to deepen their relationship to nature, learn mindfulness-based stress reduction, or explore nature therapy rituals. 

 

What are the benefits of working with you as my coach?

My coaching and Wild Reset Workshops reintroduce nature wisdom to your diet, lifestyle, mindset, and home. You'll learn how to fuel your body with the best food for cellular health and nature-based self-care practices that have a high impact on wellbeing. 

 

What will we talk about in a Wild at Heart Health Coaching Session?  We can tailor each session to what is present for you in the moment or cover any topic of reWilding from the Wild Reset Program that is in alignment with your needs and goals. 

How can I make my home healthy and detoxify my mind & body for better health? 

The Wild Reset Program is uniquely suited to help you eliminate the toxic exposures in your lifestyle or home that are harmful to your health and replace them with more nourishing alternatives aligned with the wisdom of nature.  

How motivated do I need to be in order to get the most out of coaching?

You'll receive the most benefit from our sessions if you're motivated to make lifestyle changes, but one of the many benefits of coaching is that we can also spend time exploring your reasons for change and any mental or physical obstacles you encounter in the process. 

What cities and states do you serve as an online coach?

I serve clients remotely from anywhere in the world and locally in the Des Moines, Iowa Metro.

What is a Wild at Heart Coaching Discovery Session?

This is a complimentary 50 minute call where you'll learn a little bit more about the Wild at Heart Method & we'll explore your wellbeing vision for the future. 

 

How do I book a coaching session?

Use the Book Online page to purchase your new client package and schedule your first session with the online calendar. We will schedule your follow up sessions at the end of each of our coaching calls. 

 

 

How much does a coaching session cost and are packages available?

Do we meet in person, on the phone, or over Zoom?

Most always our sessions will be over the phone or Zoom. For local clients in the Des Moines Metro Area, I can also accommodate in-person meetings when it would be helpful to do so (e.g., healthy home consults, private yoga, etc.) 

 

What are your credentials? Are you a licensed nutritionist? 

hold a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and have graduate level knowledge of health and the human body, I am a Wellcoaches™ Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I am a certified Wild Woman Project Circle Leader, and I have completed my 200-HR Yoga Teacher Certification. I do not provide medical-related nutrition counseling, but focus on sharing highly effective strategies of nature therapy, plant-based whole foods for overall health, mindfulness based stress-reduction, and self-care techniques for wellbeing.
