Who is Wild at Heart Coaching for?
Any woman who is experiencing or headed toward midlife burnout and suffering from chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and other mind.body symptoms such as weight gain, fatigue, and gut issues. It is also ideal for anyone looking to deepen their relationship to the natural world and learn mindfulness-based stress reduction and nature therapy rituals.
What are the benefits of working with you as my coach?
My coaching programs and the Wild at Heart Method reintroduce nature wisdom to your lifestyle, diet, and mindset. You'll learn how to fuel your body with the right food, thoughts, self-love, and nature therapy that promote mind.body wellbeing, reduce stress, and help you recover from or prevent hormonal burnout as you age.

How can I make my home healthy and detoxify my mind & body for better health?
The Wild Reset Program is uniquely suited to help you eliminate the toxic exposures in your lifestyle or home that are harmful to your health and replace them with more nourishing alternatives aligned with the wisdom of nature.
How motivated do I need to be in order to get the most out of coaching?
You'll receive the most benefit from our sessions if you're motivated to make lifestyle changes, but one of the many benefits of coaching is that we can also spend time exploring your reasons for change and any mental or physical obstacles you encounter in the process.
What cities and states do you serve as an online coach?
I serve clients locally in the Des Moines, Iowa Metro, but also serve clients remotely from anywhere in the world!

This is a FREE 45 minute call with me to share your health & wellbeing challenges to feel seen and heard, as well as, explore the possibilities of how the Wild at Heart Method & my coaching support can help you reach your health and wellbeing goals.
How do I book a coaching session?
Use the Book Online page to purchase a session or package and schedule your first session with the online calendar. If you purchased a package, we will schedule your follow up sessions at the end of each of our coaching calls.
How much does a coaching session cost and are packages available?
Check the Book Online page for the current coaching rates and yes, packages are available for coaching sessions at a discounted rate.
Do we meet in person, on the phone, or over Zoom?
Most always our sessions will be over the phone or Zoom. For local clients in the Des Moines Metro Area, I can also accommodate in-person meetings when it would be helpful to do so (e.g., healthy home consults, private yoga, etc.)
What are your credentials? Are you a licensed nutritionist?
I hold a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and have graduate level knowledge of health and the human body, I am a Wellcoaches™ Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I am a certified Wild Woman Project Circle Leader, and I have completed my 200-HR Yoga Teacher Certification. I do not provide medical-related nutrition counseling, but focus on sharing highly effective strategies of nature therapy, plant-based whole foods for overall health, mindfulness based stress-reduction, and self-care techniques for wellbeing.
