New Moon Circles

Cultivating Emotional Resilience

& Greater Good Feminine Leadership

**Circles will resume in-person

when it is safe to do so.

New Moon Circles are designed to fortify women with the clarity, courage, and support to answer the call of feminine leadership during this historic time. Join us for a restorative evening each month as we rekindle a soulful relationship with the natural world, indulge in a few hours of self-care within the safety of circle, and amplify the collective rise of inclusive and love-based leadership.  An Official Wild Woman Project Circle

Each new moon we have the opportunity to (re)align with nature, journeying inward within a haven of intentional sisterhood to set powerful intentions for our lives in the coming month.

Moon by moon, this shared ritual invites us to finely tune our personal, professional, and/or spiritual paths to heal ourselves, each other, our loved ones, our communities, our shared home on this beautiful earth, and step into wild feminine leadership.

Moon circles are not associated with a singular path or religion, but rather an inclusive coming together of women from all paths and spiritual/cultural backgrounds to gather in the spirit of:

  • Intentional Sisterhood: unconditional support and empowerment to answer the call of our missions
  • Fierce Love, Respect, & Devotion to the Earth and All the Wild Things tuning into our own innate wildness, turning to nature as a teacher

  • Awakening Our Inner Wild: tapping into our wild feminine power and intuition

  • Answering the Call of Wild Feminine Leadership in our lives and our communities.

  • sharing & witnessing

  • tuning into our inner wild & intuition

  • intention setting

  • relationship-building with nature

  • and more as we unite under a common theme each New Moon

What is The Wild Woman Project?

The Wild Woman Project is at once a philosophy (an invigorating approach to life as a wondrous, often messy, creative project) & a growing movement of courageous, creative, heart centered, and often weird & wonderful women on a mission to remember and (re)imagine what it means to be a woman – untamed.

Hello  I'm Angela, a functional nutrition health coach.
After navigating my own nature-infused healing journey and witnessing our culture’s collective relationship breakdown to the wild world that has led to the epidemics of chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and the climate crisis...

I founded Wild at Heart to take a stand against unsustainable cultural norms by empowering YOU to (re)align your lifestyle, mindset, and home with the wisdom of nature for healing  mind, body, heart &  soul, and (re)kindling a soulful relationship to the natural world for yourself, your loved ones, our communities, and our home on this earth.

Let's walk together for awhile... we'll stop and smell the wildflowers, smile a lot, and wander down the road less-traveled.

Be well and I'll see you in the wild.
