  • 1 cup Red Onion (diced)

  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts (trimmed and halved)

  • 2 cups Butternut Squash (peeled and cubed)

  • 2 Apple (cored and diced)

  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)
